For 2-piece welded leadwires, standard materials available for the inner leadwire include Pure Nickel, Nickel (Mn), Nickel Plated Steel (NPS), FeNi 48, Nickel Plated Copper (NPC), Nickel Plated Copper Tin (NPCuSn) in either a hard or soft temper. Standard materials available for the press or seal include Dumet, Tungsten, or Molybdenum in either borated or oxidized finish. Other materials available by request
For 3-piece welded leadwires, standard materials available for the inner leadwire include Pure Nickel, Nickel (Mn), Nickel Plated Steel (NPS), FeNi 48, Nickel Plated Copper (NPC), Nickel Plated Copper Tin (NPCuSn) in either a hard or soft temper. Standard materials available for the press or seal include Dumet, Tungsten, or Molybdenum in either borated or oxidized finish. standard materials available for the outer leadwire include Copper, CCS (30% or 40% IACS), Nickel-Copper (Ni67 CU33), Monel, CuSn (Bronze), or Twisted NiCu Wire. Other materials available by request
We package to your specifications including divided flat packs, plastic tubes or other customer specification. These welded leadwires are supplied to an agreed quality statistical process control on critical parameters provided by the customer or per our own specification.
